Our primary role is the physical installation. Network architecture, cybersecurity, carrier or SIM selection, RF design, Wi-Fi coverage design, router and firewall configuration, software, accounts and final network commissioning normally remain with the appointed IT or connectivity specialist unless a specific responsibility is agreed in writing.

Do you install, terminate and test CAT6 and CAT6A cabling?

Yes. WB Electrical can install and terminate CAT6 and CAT6A cabling at outlets and patch panels, label the links and complete the agreed test method. The quotation should state whether the requirement is continuity or wire-map testing, qualification or standards-based certification, and identify the format of results required.

Can you install data cabinets and tidy existing patching?

Yes. Work can include wall-mounted or floor-standing cabinets, patch panels, cable management, equipment mounting, local electrical supplies, labelling, patching changes and cabinet tidy-ups. Active equipment configuration remains with the responsible network party unless expressly included.

Can WB Electrical install fibre optic cabling?

WB Electrical can support fibre routes, cable installation, containment, backbone links and equipment connections. Fibre type, pulling method, bend limits, termination, splicing, cleaning, inspection and test responsibilities must be confirmed before work begins. We will not present a fibre link as certified unless the agreed competent personnel, equipment and acceptance tests are in place.

Can you install Wi-Fi access points?

Yes. We can provide the physical cabling, mounting, PoE or local power and equipment connection for suitable internal and external access points. The appointed network specialist normally defines access-point positions, coverage, channel planning, configuration and final performance acceptance.

Can you install external 4G and 5G antennas?

Antenna selection, RF design, carrier choice and final network performance normally remain with the connectivity provider.

Does WB Electrical carry out signal tests?

Can you install Starlink equipment at commercial and remote sites?

Yes. Suitable work can include mounting, cable routing, weatherproof entry, power, router or cabinet installation and access planning. Obstruction assessment, account setup, subscription, network configuration and specialist commissioning remain with the responsible provider or client unless specifically included.

How do you manage antenna work at height?

The access method is selected for the task, location, duration, equipment and rescue requirements. Depending on the survey, this may involve an appropriate MEWP, scaffold, tower or other planned access system operated by trained and competent people. Site-specific RAMS and weather limits are agreed before work proceeds.
